Topic: Site Development / Errors in DAFNE database Hi Charles,As Warwick says it’s likely due to the updates we made to better support time zones. Can you share your diary with me (click my username and then there should be a link to share your diary with me) and also send a screenshot of the problem to [email protected] Thanks Simon |

Topic: Site Development / Errors in DAFNE database Take a look at the Forum Topic "Time zones". I suspect that the issue you are seeing is related and that it will all be good in a week or two. Apologies, it's happening because of a request that made for this site to be time zone aware. Thanks, Warwick. |

Topic: Site Development / Errors in DAFNE database Is anyone else experiencing a problem with the database entries of their DAFNE Online Blood Glucose Diary? I enter results manually, and many of my Before Bed results have slipped, with approximately one in eight over the last 12 months now showing in the following day’s results. |

Topic: General Discussion / Time zones Hi everyone,We released an update today which allows you to select your local time zone which will mean you get the correct local time when creating a new entry, and times are kept in sync between your iPhone app and online version of the diary. The next time you log in you'll be taken to your profile page and you can select your timezone at the bottom of the page (remember to click the save button). As up until today we've been storing entries as if they were all in GMT and not taking into account timezones you may see your existing diary entries will appear out of sync. We are working on migrating all of these back to the correct time zone for you and this should be available in the next week or so. Let us know if you need any help or have any questions/feedback Simon |

Topic: Site Development / Upload problems I've been talking with Annette over email and it seems like on her phone the login button is covered up by the keyboard - I'm assuming this affects a few of you so I'll get an update out to this ASAP as the Login button being pressed is critical to the uploads actually working |

Topic: Site Development / Upload problems Is anyone else having problems when saving entries? When I hit save I get a page coming straight up asking me to login but it doesn’t work. When I’ve gone in to check my diary entries some are being duplicated and I have to delete them, and my latest entries aren’t there. I have a fully updated iPhone X. |
