Hm. Regardless of the night hypo, 11 down to 5 is still a big drop. Did you do a correction dose before bed? It looks like the 18u all in one go may be a bit much, might be worth splitting your dose, 9 at night, 9 in the morning. Give it a few days, and see what happens. |

Hm, interesting. It would have been interesting to know your bg level a) without the biscuits or b)during the night. I have a feeling that without the biscuits, you may have been just about right this morning. Do you inject for your biscuits? |

Hi Louise, I didn't inject for the biscuits because I really don't like to inject QA before going to bed to sleep. I'm wondering if it still indicates that my lantus dose is still too high because I had 22g carbs with no QA insulin. |

I guess maybe you could try it again tonight and see. Would also be good to see what happens, without eating any carbs. |
