Rounding up or rounding down

When is the 4.5:1 ratio?

My highest is 3, and that's for breakfast.......!

Sorry for confusion, I was saying that I had 4.5 CPs. My ratio is 1.5 for lunch and dinner.

I think I'll shut up now.....

Sorry, its just you mentioned crisps at 1.5 CPs, then went on to give a worked example, with the 1.5 and a 4.5.....
