Anyone have any ideas of snacks to have which are under 10g of carbs?

Hi whiskysmum,
A packet of Skips are 9.1g CHO and the salt and vinegar ones are lovely
Smile
Also, two small tangerines ahould be around 10g.
Asda do a small pack of cherries for £1 and they don't seem to affect by BGs at all.

I'll leave you to guess what i've just had for brekkie Very Happy but also with 2 x rounds bread & butter.

You can have it at any time of the day as well..........................


The last time I had it, I actually upgraded the delight to 'eggs in a bowl'......................6 eggs were used along with the addition of black pepper.......... Embarassed

alpen light cereal bars (double chocolate/chocolate orange/chocolate and fudge) are all exactly 10g of carbs per bar and only 60-70 calories! wee beauties! also sugar free jelly is great for a sweet tooth fix thats suagr/calorie and carb free!

If I need to be "naughty" and have an urge for salt, a bag of Quavers is around 10gm/1CP Laughing

I tend to have half a biscuit (hob nob or digestive, stuff like that or a small biscuit) usually (and give the other half to my partner!)... but that's only when I'm desperately hungry or something between meals. I try not to snack if I can.

Oh, I have also been known to have a vending machine hot chocolate. They're under 0.5CP - Klix for example! XD
