Just out of curiousity, how many of us use our local library a lot?

I wish I started using mine sooner than I have... great place to go read at lunchtime - so relaxing!

I have recently borrowed:

JPod by Douglas Coupland
Boxing for Beginners by Bill Finegan with Courtney Clark
Own your Space by Linda McCarthy

Still updating my account on Goodreads too. Is anyone keeping a 2011 goal on there? I hope to hit 75 books...!

I'm very much a Clive Cussler fan and all his books regarding Dirk Pitt, NUMA, etc. I love the fantasy books that could actually be turned into good films :0

Anyone notice something by the way.......

Think I may have found one of the few message boards that Novorapidboi HASN'T commented on Smile
Only kidding mate Smile

Bit of a zombie/phoenix thread, but hey, what have you been reading lately these days?

I've been trying out some Dean Koontz lately, currently reading The Good Guy. I've been really enjoying his writing style and look forward to checking out more of his books. Smile

While we're here, can anyone recommend an e-reader? Thanks!

Nice one. Smile I really should read more Pratchett books myself.
Thanks for your opinion on e-readers. I know what you mean with the ipad issues... I try reading ebooks on my HTC smart phone but I think my eyes start to suffer after a while so I keep thinking about getting a proper reader mainly because of the screen...

Oh my fellow book worms! There's an E-book Humble Bundle if you're interested in grabbing a good deal and donating to charity!
http://www.humblebundle.com/
This is unusual because the humble bundles are usually PC games. I was so surprised!
I'm going to snap them all up! Smile

Compatible with computers and mobile devices. These books are available in multiple formats including PDF, MOBI, and ePub so they work great on your computer, eBook readers, and a wide array of mobile devices! Please note that this is the digital debut for some of these great titles, and if you’re having any viewing or usability issues, please let us know!
