Yeah sounds good- I think a 12 hour gap is then more evenly spread throughout the whole day! You're not the only 1 we've all got problems of 1 thing or another!? They're all different! Glad to be of help! Very Happy I've never tried a portion of nuts so early in the morning though Vicki! Very Happy

Can I ask if your blood sugars seem to rise more when you eat certain types of foods!?

Not so much if I eat different foods, they seem to rise more if I don't eat. Feel like they have a mind of their own sometimes, today for example I've eaten a small handful of nuts and a sandwich at lunch time, I just checked my BG half an hour ago and they're up at 18.9! Sad

Strange Sad You'd think they would stay stable if you didn't eat! If you said/shown that to a HCP then they would tell you to up your ratios! Have you or are you coming down with a virus? Confused Then some insulins peak 2 hours after injecting! A sandwich is slow release carbs I think! What are they like this morning Vicki? Smile

Your rotating your injection sites!? I know it gets absorbed faster in muscle rather than fat! I reckon you could be getting the flu? Otherwise I'm stumped! Sad
