Please can I have some comments on the above readings

Off to see the dietician tomorrow to make sure I am counting carbs correctly. The method I use is carbs & cals book/app & also food packaging labels

hi - just had a quick look, & you have been injecting into the stomach mainly...are you rotating around the area? have you checked for lumps?

I use stomach for breakfast, lunch & dinner but always rotate under above & each side of navel also there does not appear to be any lumps
