Mon 13/05 - Wed 15/05 Can anybody see if there are any trends I am missing?
Have done today a meter control solution test - all was ok
Also wondering of 2 possibilities: 1. changing BI back to once a day instead of a morning & evening dose - not really happy about this because I feel happy in myself atm doing the split dose 2. upping ratios slightly from 1:1 to 1:1.5

Hi Looking at the 2.8 BG any data after that for a period of 12 hours I personally dismiss What in your opinion caused the sudden drop the 4.2 BG was already indicating something was going out of what you had calculated. You only took BI between your bedtime 11.4 and the 6.7 morning yet you had 4CP's If I had done that it would have risen not dropped. After you take the BI of 10 units it goes up to 12.7 If all was correct it should have stay around the 6.7 +- 1.5 You keep your same ratio at dinner and have to correct which you've done on a previous day That's a pattern Ask yourself why you are having to correct and look at the ratio's you took before this point and the times Although you where high BG on the 1st days there where constant after dinner. The area to look at is the morning since that is the important since what ever you done after this point is a reaction to something you've already done. Set yourself a week Start at 6am with your BI and breakfast with CP and matching QA Test every 2 hours to see that you aren't going low this will set your QA ratio Correct only after the 4 hour period Don't worry if you have high BG's its if their consistent that's important. Once you have a consistent BG you then adapt it to your target by increasing or reducing the ratio of the QA To set the BI for the evening check your bedtime BG to your morning BG Remeber if your taking the morning BI at 6am take the evening at 6pm I found putting 1 week of my life to getting things correct the rest is a bike ride Of course its your decision All my opinions are from my experience and are what I've done to correct any movement away from the targets I've set myself. Hope you find the issue

Can anybody see if there are any trends in this block I am missing?
Also am I entering the carbs correctly: Fri 24/05 at 11.45 I had 35g cho and as you can see I've entered this as 3.5 at 15.09 I had 48g cho and as you can see I've entered this as 4.8
I feel as though I'm stuck in a rut at the moment ie even though I'm testing when I should ie fasting, before meals and before bed also watching BG levels I'm not making any adjustments.

Ditto to what I posted on May 26, 2013 3:27pm re entering carbs correctly
I feel as though I'm stuck in a rut at the moment ie even though I'm testing when I should ie fasting, before meals and before bed also watching BG levels I'm not making any adjustments. Not really checking for any 3 day trends.
