Seen this somewhere else on the internet and thought it would be good to start a topic on here too.
It can be helpful sometimes to know what sort of things people are eating, as it might give others some ideas for a more varied diet. So, here's mine for yesterday:
Breakfast - cheese on toast (2 x rnds)
Lunch - tuna & mayo sandwich (2 x rnds) cup soup
Evening meal - Poole's meat & potato pie
not the healthiest things i know!

Nice idea. Oooo don't feel bad about your food choices - that is just one day! ^_^ Let me think... :-.
Breakfast: Lemon yoghurt (112g) and some porridge oats (27g). Lunch: Cheese on toast (2 slices) and some dried apple bits (50g). Dinner: Hash browns (2), chicken goujons (4), some lettuce, some celery and a Magnum ice cream.
Oh, and plenty of tea drinking. All very yummy! ^_^

Same here. DD & DS always say myself & OH drink too much tea but that may have something to do with them having to make all the brews for us throughout the day.

No problem at all - why would it be?
In the spirit of sharing information...
Breakfast - Bran flakes, blueberries on top and a protein shake on the side Lunch - M&S New York Pastrami Sandwich (en route to a wedding) Dinner - Smoked Salmon, then Roast Lamb, then mini cheesecake desserts (at wedding)
Not a typical dinner for me though - was a treat!
