zero sugar drinks are carb free and sugar free drinks aswell...i would be stuck for hot carb free drinks as i take milk in my tea. I had to have a carb free morning yesterday. I still had a cup of tea but i had scrambled egg and bacon for breakfast. Very Happy

Hi marie
I got on better than I thought I would.didn't miss the carbs at all Very Happy.I had scrambled egg and bacon for breakfast.Iam on the dafne course this week and was advised 2 take a carb free breakfast so they could see if my BI insulin or my QA insulin was affecting my sugar levels.
I drink Robinsons orange or orange and pineapple diluted juice.what's your thoughts on doing the carb free meal?

Just one point Laney, I'm not really familiar with fruit juices but I know that people often assume they are carb free. This is not necessarily so, check carefully.

I think with diluted cordials, if they sugar free the carbs are negligible if exist at all................

But best to check as Roger says.............. Cool
