Thanks, glen4, and Muna AH, I think the Novo "credit card" passports are really good. I'm afraid mjne is just the standard NHS insulin passport which should have been issued to all patients on insulin in the UK sometime in 2012. It has a card cover with paper folding up into a credit card size and as glen4 indicates it has details of the exact insulin one is on. Mine also has the contact details of my GP and my diabetes specialist nurse.
I forgot to mention that I also carry a blood sugar diary as it's easier to see exactly whats going on at a glance on paper rathrr than relying on electronic memory in the meter or pump. As I have to do about 10 blood sugars a day I find the one one can download from the Diabetes Support Forum (dsf) a bit more convenient than the standard DAFNE one ( no disrespect to DAFNE!) -there is more room for details and more sugars and bolus doses on one line. Ikeep a pen slipped into the little strap across the meter case.
