Thanks for the info Phil. I think I might be what I'm eating, I do tend to have my main meal around 6pm in the evening, If not I tend to have something like egg on toast for the last meal, I suppose the bread with it's carbs might still , as you say, be floating around. I'll try to have a carb free meal or a lower carb one and see how that works, It's still raised if I have a cheese omlette and yogurt for tea, I expect the fat in the cheese might still lurk around for a while.... OH the joys!!! lol Must experiment I suppose. |
