Veg,(carrot battons. celery battons, cherry tomatoes) cheese, olives, ham, salami, chicken a spoon of humus!....you can, if you want create a little feast CP free, and add a glass of wine/spirits! Hope it works for you! Christine x |

Oh Countdown!! Yes I had that book many moons ago.......! I just kind of think fish eggs meat cheese vege olives.....However, Not to put a spanner in the works, but they all blinken well count for me!! |

There is no guarantee that because there is not an entry in the DAFNE carb book that there are no CPs. It keeps the costs down to exclude 0 CP items, but does leave this uncertainty on why there isn't an entry. I have raised this with DAFNE team from my own experience and cost was given as the reason for not changing. If you find this a problem then let me know and if there are many who want this changed then I'll raise again with DAFNE, |

try an early diet sheet from diabetic dietician circa 1960 s if they still available lots of food not in carb book have natural sweetness which can greatly affect bg levels cherry tomatoes peas sweet corn to name a few |
