Something which doesn't make sense to me is that when my HbA1c is this good why when i look back at my bs results are they all over the place? |

It's just an averaged out snapshot........so high results with a good few lows could bring you down lower........ideally you want stable sugars with as little spikes as possible to reduce damage to the micro vascular system.....getting the balance between in range sugars and stable is the hard part though |

Cool. How did you work this out? I was told at my last review in Nov that the HbA1c was changing but have forgotten how the new way is calculated? |
