wont be much in a roast I suppose, potatoes mainly............

Yorkshire puddings? I do count the spuds and you will find most of the items in seperate areas in the book, but i like it, very useful especially when dining out, it fits nicely in my Wifes handbag Laughing

there's an app for iphone/ipod touch (and Android v soon) that is awesome. Very handy for meals out.

I just go bought the carbs, cal , protein and fat version yesterday, I need to see what all the fuss is about........ Wink

If you get the iPhone app you can pick each food from your meal and it totals it up for you as you go. You can then save it for future reference.

I still use books to check values after 4 years of dafne. Otherwise I doubt my calculations if blood sugars go wrong later. Only just got the carbs and cals one though.

Hi Glad to hear the carbs and cals book is working well for people there are some differences between this and the DAFNE cp book. I think my colleagues have found that the chapati in the DAFNE cp guide is more accurate than the carbs and cals book, its still worth weighing things occasionally to keep your eye in, but this is a great visual tool and really good to have as an app if you're into the technology.
