Whilst we can only assist with DAFNE Online issues, the following questions and answers may point you in the right direction.
Your first point of contact should be your Diabetes Specialist Nurse, Dietitian or Doctor. Failing that more information can be found in the How do I access a course? section of the DAFNE website
As Graduates we don't have access to the remote course platform so unfortunately can't help you out. You should have enrolment instructions from your DAFNE Educator so get in touch with them first for help. Failing that contact Central DAFNE.
Your DAFNE Educator should have a paper fupply of these; if not then you can order them from the DAFNE Shop.
If you've completed a DAFNE Course then your Educator should have provided a special code to enter when signing up to this website. If you can't see a link to the Course Handbook on the right of this page when logged in, we will need to upgrade your account to Graduate status. Select Graduate Verification Request in the Contact Type box below, and then let us know which hospital and when you took the course and we will work with Central DAFNE to get you verified.
There is a reset password link on the login page which will let you request an email with instructions to reset your password.
