Doctors

Why do the doctors from glan clwyd hospital never use this site/ forum and there always tell us how good it is. Yes this site is great and full of help and info from other diabetics, but the doc's never use it.

I think there's an issue about confidentiality for some NHS organisations - this is an open forum, and posting advice / info about individual patients might be construed by some employers as breaching confidentiality. Even sharing / commenting on BG diaries in a non-secure environment can be seen as potentially risky (we in the public sector have become increasingly risk-averse, to a degree that is seen as ridiculous by many) .

some times when you just want general answers like new dairies etc it just seems silly that they cant answer them.
