Ratios and compensating

Some people have higher insulin resistance and therefore need a higher insulin/carb ratio....................

I have known ratios ad high as 4.5, however if you do find you need these amounts it would be best to confirm your BI dose or doses.............if you are on one dose like Lnatus and needing high ratios a split might also help bring the ratios down...........
