Printing out on line diary

Can anyone help? Since joining the group last summer I have printed out a copy of my online diary every week and keep it in a file so that if i have an appointment I can just grab the last few pages and go. It always fitted nicely onto an A4 sheet.
Today I tried to print out my results for the last two weeks in January and the print is huge - takes 2 pages and looks confusing!! I'm not a whizz with computers but I don't think its my PC. Anyone know how I can reduce it before printing?
