CP value of Stoneless Dates

Hi, Can anyone tell me what the CP value of stoneless dates is (my wife is using the ones from Julian Graves to add to her home made museli)I think it may be 75g/100g but I'm not certain so any info would be really helpful.

My reference book says dates-flesh and skin dried (so I would assume without the stone) 68g carbs per 100g portion. So your calculation sounds about right to me.
