Risotto "what CP Rating is it?

Can someone advise me please if they have tried risotto (entre size restaurant meal) and what CP rating it is? Do I treat it as steamed rice?

Personally I wouldn't count it as steamed as it is cooked in stock like boiled rice and steamed is as it says cooked in the steam only. Let me know how you get on as I too like risotto and have only completed the course a few days ago.

I think rice, fried or boiled is pretty much the same per 100g cooked, and therefore rissoto is the same..................

If anyone get the exact carbs add it in the carb section here................

My understanding is that half a 'metric cup' of cooked rice is 3 cps
