Hello
I had some sweet and salted popcorn last blood glucose levels before were 8, I tested at 1am 4 hours after taking my novorapid and my sugars were 13.6 and then this morning they were 16.6. Does anyone else find a raise after eating this popcorn? Would a split dose maybe stop the rise after?
