What about Blackberries, do they have a low Glycaemic Index.

I'm sure they do! I know raspberries have low GI! I think all berries are similar- check with a nutritionist to be precise!

According to my "GI & GL counter" book, blackberries (and most fruits but not checked them all) have low GI (and GL) assuming they are eaten raw or without sugar.

Yeah eaten in their raw state their normal! As long as you don't add sweeteners! Confused
