does any else have trouble with nan bread pushing blood sugar up high
even though the carbs have been counted properly for it

when about are you observing the high blood sugars, 1 hour post meal, 2 hour?

As nans are usually high in carbs they can often take longer to digest, so splitting your dose can help, eg. 40% up front, 60% an hour later...........obviously the percentage split depends on your pre meal blood sugar and what your observations where on a similar occasion........

the blood sugars were high about 5hours after meal
had meal at 6pm and tested bg at 11pm
only had nan bread for carbs with meal
