Warburtons toastie (orange wrapper) (2 rounds)

Princes Beef Spread (small scraping)

Bachelors put the carb value on the side of the boxes, usually about 18 gms or 1.8 portions. I have these quite often and don't have any probs.
The toastie I would allow 4 portions or 88 gms of carbohydrate. It would be the value of bread before toasting.
I would call the lot 6 portions..
Clover and beef spread have no carb value so no need to worry about them.

Hi michaelj,

Thank you for your reply.

I've just checked and the Batchelor's oxtail cup a soup (1 sachet) = 12.8g cho per sachet.

The toastie is not actually toasted - Warburtons Toastie is the actual name of it's and = 20.8g cho per slice.

Total = 54.4g so maybe call it 50g/60g.

Glad you are sorted, be a bit careful with the soup as they give 2 values and you want the one for per portipon as prepared. I've never had a toastie so a bit over valued but that where guessing can catch you out. I would have probably called it 5 portions in all so I did''t overdo the insulin. .Good luck
