Sandwich Wraps

Does anybody know how many CPs an average sandwich wrap is? Just bought one from the work canteen so no nutrition facts on the box. I normally go for the 'normal' bread sandwiches but fancied a change and figured it would be in the Carb Counter but I can't find it :-(

The filling was nothing I need to count so just the wrap bit I don't know about.

I would say 3 or 4 for the tortilla wrap............

I've heard a 23cm (8") wrap is 3CPs

I recommend the smartphone app MyFitnessPal........

you just scan the product barcode and it allows you to add it to your food diary where you can get the calories and nutritional information.......
