I find it impossible to try and judge the CPs in this. For starter I had prawn toast (small triangle), mini chicken leg, mini spring roll, and mini dim sum. And I mean mini. Then we had 3 courses between both of us and a portion of rice and noodles between us. The rice and noodles does not amount to an average portion you get say in a tray from a Chinese/Indian.. I totally miscalculated and ended up at 16. I presume it is the sweet sauces that this food is in that does it because most of it is meat and veg.

It will be hard, unless it is being made yourself................but its so tasty..........

Prawn Toast would follow the normal bread carb values, although the fat content would delay absorption....
Spring roll would probably be about 1-2 CPs....
Dim Sum do have carbs, they would be hard to calculate, but just over do it......
Rice and noodles have carbs too, I usually just compare the amounts to a take away container, which is about 7-8CPs.......

It always a guessing game, and you wont get it right all the time....
