Hi Everyone,
This will be my first Pancake Day since completing DAFNE. Any ideas on how to count the CPs for both the pancakes and golden syrup??

Welcome to the Forum Nicky.........
Purely on weight really................
As each one you make will be different............
From the carbs and cals book it states a plain pancake is 15g Carbohydrate for a 62g pancake............so 0.24g of carbs in every gram of pancake.........
Same goes with the syrup, a bit trickier to weigh right enough, there is 80.5g of carbs in every 100g of syrup, so a wee splash of the stuff will probably only warrant 1 unit of insulin.............
