Most chocolate bars give a cho value per 100g on the wrapper, do they not? |

I've just looked up the Galaxy site. A 135g Galaxy Caramel bar has 60g of carbohydrate in every 100g of the bar, so that's 1.35 x 60 = 81g of carbohydrate in the whole bar. I didn't check, but I'm fairly sure the 60/100 ratio will be the same for any size of Galaxy Caramel bar so a similar calculation will give you the cho value for any bar. If you don't see where I get any of these figures from, please don't be afraid to ask. |

I found for 3 pieces, 15g, which means about 30g for the bar, so that sounds about right.......... |
