Iced coconut fingers

Would anyone like to hazard an educated guess at the number of CPs in one of those bread fingers with the icing and coconut on them? I've just eaten 2 and I think I might have miscalculated.

Hi ruth looking at my carbs and cal book it states 1 iced bun which looks like a finger is 20g carbs for 37 g weight which would be 2 units of insulin Hope this helps you

I would of guessed 20g too, roughly the same as a slice of bread but not as much as a roll, and the icing probably wouldn't amount to more than the bread...........

Mine weighed in at 76g so need to double the CPs to 4.
