Hey everyone,
I need to have a carb free lunch, any suggestion other than a plate of salad lol

meat and cheese should go down a treat also, so if you can mix that in with a salad, some salt and black pepper and your laughing............maybe some kind of dressing too.....

eggs are good too, like a plain omelette...

are you carrying out a basal test......?
