Any idea how many CPs are in white chocolate? I was given some white chocolate "skulls" and tried to guess the CPs, but I was left with high BGs so would appreciate any advice! Rolling Eyes

Hi

According to Google a 35g white chocolate skull has 19g of carbs of which sugars 18g.

I worked it out as 0.5g CHO for every 1g of white chocolate....................

you got some scales handy......... Wink
