I keep getting high blood glucose reading in the morning tues 31 march exercise 5.30pm run to club 2.5km, 6.30pm warm up run then 6*1km reps, cool down run, coffee, run home 2.5km. Thurs 2 April exercise 5.30pm 2.5km run to club 6.30pm warm up then 12*250m sprints cool down coffee then 2.5km run home Sunday 29 March 5.15km race+slept in so levemir was late Please ignore Monday 30 March as I wasnt well I go running on a tuesday, thursday, saturday and sunday. Please note carbohydrate is in grams and ratios are units:grams carbohydrate
