Your ratios at mid afternoon and your evening meal don't seem high enough! Try taking more insulin!? What about splitting your bi? Its evenly spread throughout the day. It seems to be short lived(running out in the daytime)! |

I'd agree with those options. DAFNE advice is to ONLY make one change at a time and I would probably start with splitting the background (if you want to) as that is the basis on which everything else is built. It clearly usage appears to be petering off mid morning onwards. If you get a comfortable split BI then you may need to be less drastic with any changes to your ratios - they may even be right if you let the BI change settle in for a couple of days. |
