Ratios - how many mealtime .......

ratios can be changed at once?

I would only change one ratio at a time, and then by 0.5 increments, e.g. 2.5:1 to 3.0:1 (Units:CPs).

as alturn said, one meal at a time is best practice...........and 0.5 incriments in the best for most insulin delivery pens......

one meal at a time and monitor over atleast 3 days before making changes to other mealtimes. Also agree with the 0.5 increment
