When and how often do you change your injection sites?

4 jabs/day
1st - right thigh
2nd - left thigh
3rd - left tummy
4th - right tummy
Been following this for the last 13 years Wink

For me normally:
Breakfast - BI left thigh QA left arm
Lunch - QA left stomach
Dinner - BI right thigh QA right stomach

QA - Brekkie - Left Thigh
- Lunch - Stomach
- Dinner - Right Thigh
- Corrections if needed before bed - Stomach
BI - Buttocks

I alternate the injections in my thighs so not using the same one every day.

Hi, I don't have an order. I usually do thighs and stomach. Perhaps I should think about a plan. By the way isn't DAFNE great. Very Happy
