Hello I am new on here

Hi, I graduated from Salisbury Yesterday, I am Type 2 yes I did say type 2 and was so surprised to be accepted on the course and so glad I was, I found it very informative and mostly relevant to type 2 on insulin, I am on 4:1 for breakfast and Lunch, 5:1 for dinner and 60 units of Lantus split to 30 morning & 30 at night. I am co admin for closed facebook group called "special diabetic friends" My name is Alan but most people call me Grumps a name I prefer. Well just pop on here to say Hi to everyone, Enjoy your day

Firstly congratulations of becoming a DAFNE graduate . As you already know I'm not a DAFNE graduate but have just recently finished doing the X-Pert insulin course in my local area. I find this site very helpful for use of the BG diary & joining in/getting help from other DAFNE grads.

Secondly I'd like to say that I know Grumps as I am also from the closed facebook group "special diabetic friends" a great group to join.
