If something was 55 cps how would this be written into the diary. Would it be 5.5?

yeah 55 cps is 550g of carbs, and that a lot........

Lol! It was deffinately just 5.5 cps - it was a shops own brand of frozen rice where you get 4 sml pkts in one large pack

details copied & pasted from the pack:
Carbohydrate - (microwaved) Per sachet - 54.0g

Hope I'm correct with all this, still doubt myself Crying or Very sad
