Your numbers look really good, well done.......
You do seem to be on the lower side as you approach bed time....that may justify a carb free test from dinner on wards, just to see what your BI is doing at that time........your on Lantus, I assume, so you may have to reduce your dinner time ratio to avoid making changes to your BI because of its inflexibility......
Do you feel low at 4.2 - 5.0? Officially this isn't actually a hypo and so you don't need to take anything for it.......obviously if you fear going low overnight then you should take something........would be interesting to see what your BG does without extra CPs........
