I have kept in mind about the lack of reminder regarding PMs, but I tend to prefer it that way. If I have any reminder options at all, I tend to prefer a pop-up when I sign in, to an email. |

It was generally felt that people would use the site more often if they were sent reminders. ,it was also felt we could send reminders of DAFNE principles such as sick day rules although obviously these could only be sent to DAFNE graduates..... |

It is a nice idea but it seems there is already enough on the site to find answers to i.e. Course handbook for sick rules. To be honest I think if people WANT to use the site they will. I wouldn't bother setting up a new system to send out emails. If they wanted to find this site could they not search on the internet, I'm not sure. Anyway just my opinion. |

If people want emails reminding them of DAFNE rules then I'd suggest they sign up for the DUG newsletter rather than us set up a special service for it. |

Marke, You could have a site with whistles and bells, but if people can't be bothered to check the site every so often sending e-mails won't help. I alwatys check each week when I enter my blood sugars on the diary and that seems sensible enough to me. |

It isn't the folk who use the site who need reminding, it's the ones who did DAFNE ages ago and probably registered in the first week after the course, and then got back to "life" again. |
