Gill, it may help to have a little cheat card made up. Say with 1CP to whatever your maximum is likely to be with the corresponding number of units for your ratio. It will probably fit on a business card you could keep multiple copies and use it until you become confident with the calculations. I was on fractional ratios and fractional CPs so the cheat card worked well. Calculate it in your head and then check. |

Gill, I think Helen's idea is great for you - it will build your confidence every time you check your calculation against the card and have got it right, which will most likely be all the time! We all need a bit of reassurance sometimes though |

If you took the wrong ratio by mistake and realised an hour or two after would you correct straightaway or wait until the next meal? |
