Clickstar Pen - insulin delivery speed

It's re the Clickstar pen wihich is reuseable, takes 3ml cartridges.

I've seen mention that you can control the insilin delivery speed. How do you control the insulin delivery speed on this pen?

I currently use the blue Autopen 24 for Lantus 3ml cartridges.

Why would you need to control the speed of delivery?

maybe there is a mechanism on it that helps the plunger depress at a more constant rate, however its very likely this is automatic.......

I could be totally wrong though as I have been on disposables for 4 years plus....
