I got this link from a Facebook advert.

Eliminate diabetes with this groundbreaking scientifically proven system.

What is your thoughts on this: 7 Steps to Health or has anyone tried it?

I watched it through to the end - it certainly is a long hard sell. I'm not convinced at all and this business of 'There's only 100 places left on the 7 Steps to Health course' reinforces my doubts.

The idea of adjusting your diet is nothing new. The fact it suggests that doctors are intentionally not telling you things made me lose all respect for the speaker in the video straight away. That isn't a fair statement to make.

All this video is doing is milking the idea of low carb diet and trying to make it sound like a miracle cure.
As Type 1, If you want to go low carb for the rest of your life, that's up to you. I'd rather do DAFNE myself.

The great thing about the Internet is it gives anyone the opportunity to make money from everyone else.... I think you can guess my opinion of the site and the people behind it.
The front page says it will elimiate Diabetes what it actually does is provide a diet-only 'solution' to type 2, basically what your GP will try and do when you are diagnosed with T2. It isn't
going to cure any form of Diabetes it may reduce BG and thus reduce the risk of complications etc, but that relies on you following the 7 steps religously.
