Gluten Free Bread

May 03, 2012 16:26 Kieran Pierce DAFNE Graduate Essex Partnership University Trust (South East) 6 posts	On the Carbohydrate Counting Book, the CP's for Gluten Free Bread is 1- What does 1- mean? Does this mean I take my normal ratio of 1:1.5, or is it different as it's a minus? This is just my curiosity as I may come across a food type that has this in the future

The CP value is 1-1.5, in my electronic copy that I did the site from its 1- and then 1.5 on the next line so the 1-1.5 has got split over 2 lines. So to sum up its not a special symbol it just has part missing for some reason.
