GI FOODS

Does anyone know how you find the GI on labels when you go to supermarket

I think Tesco might do those labels with there own stuff.............

Are you looking for something specific at a certain time of day...........?

Normally Morrisons but also online with Asda once a month Not looking for anything in particular just wondered if it was on labels as i couldnt find it and if i went on a low /med GI to see if it would help BG

I think if you go have a read online about it, you can familiarize yourself with the food groups that fall into the low, medium and high GI categories.......

It would be good though if the labeling was more widespread...........
