One Year On - DAFNE Online

Its been almost one year since I did DAFNE, my hba1c was 12!! Since then I've had an 8.6 then 6.9 and now its 6.6!!!

I was wondering if there is a 'one year on reunion' or something similar? I would love to get together with everyone and share stories and results.

Congratulations on the great HbA1c, I have yet to reach those levels yet............

I think a get together would need to be organized through you DAFNE clinic..............did you get contact details from your fellow classmates.....?

No I didn't , but I am sure my DSN said I'll have an appointment 1 year post dafne to campare results so might mention it to her.

Wow thats amazing well done, my hba1c not particularly high but have had a lot of highs and lows recently, hoping they settle down over next few months and that by next year which will be a year on for me I will feel as positive as you.

I had similar results comig down from 9.7 to 6.6 , with our dafne group we had 3, 6 and 12 month ctach ups it was very interesting to see how everyone was doing
