How long inbetween meals??

Monday to Friday: Breakfast - 7:00 Lunch - 12:00 Dinner: 5:30 Doesn't mean I dont snack from time to time, but only rarely during the week......................the weekends is were I lose focus, just shows you how routine in your life can help, or me at least..............
