Hi All

I need to have a carb free breakfast tomorrow to check if I have too much BI and as I've never done it before and love my cereal in the morning what can I eat that will fill me up until lunchtime?

meat and cheese.............

well, thats what I would have, like cheese strings and little sausages etc.........its hard at that time though as not everyone feels like eating that kind of food at that time........you might just need to starve.......Sad

You could have scrambled egg (made without milk) and bacon.

Yes I agree omlettes are lovely for breakfast, add some mushrooms, ham or spinach & you'll not be hungry for ages!! Also egg and bacon - if you can handle missing out the bread! Smile
