Yes your results do look good. You might have to play around with how much you split it by and for what food but glad it seemed to work. |

I think something different - I think you should consider upping your ratio for lunchtime to 1:1.5. You seem to be getting a rise in sugars after lunch to a greater or lesser extent each day. To go from 1:3 all the way down to 1:1 seems to be a big leap. |
