My diet is heavily carbohydrate based.....I think its reason my control is so good,sugar released slower into my system .I train 3/4 times per week .The workouts are extreme lasting minimum of 80 minutes always full body workout including cardio,and lots of supersets ......SO DON'T stop your training.......
